ISC2 East Bay Chapter is looking for volunteers to train candidates for the CISSP Exam during evening, half day, and lunch sessions between June and November of 2025. Please sign up for domains and sections where you have educational and real world experience. We look forward to hearing from you.
The ISC2 East Bay Chapter is committed to supporting aspiring cybersecurity professionals on their CISSP journey. We’re reaching out to our certified members to invite you to play a crucial role in this effort by volunteering as a student guide and trainer for the June to December 2025 CISSP exam preparation program.
We are seeking dedicated individuals with active CISSP certification to share their expertise and help candidates master the CISSP domains. As a volunteer instructor, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the professional development of your peers and contribute to the strength of our cybersecurity community. Our Director of Education, Srini Vuggumudi, Ph.D., will support and supervise all sessions.
Volunteer instructors should have demonstrated experience teaching CISSP, CISA, or other relevant technical certifications, a proven track record with positive references, and practical work samples demonstrating domain expertise. You can select up to two (2) domains of study. For larger domains, you may be paired with a second instructor or asked to teach across multiple events (evening, half-day, and lunch sessions between June and November 2025).
