Under the direction of the assigned manager, the Academic Technology Support Specialist plays a vital role in providing technical support and guidance to campus users of computers, audio-visual, multi-media, and related technologies. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academic computing lab, delivering hands-on assistance, troubleshooting, and basic training to faculty, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of instructional technologies and the ability to set up, maintain, and repair computing and multimedia equipment to support student learning and instructional excellence.
