Napa Valley College is seeking an individual with demonstrated instructional skills to provide high quality programs and services to our district, our community, and our students.

This full-time, tenure-track faculty position works a 175-day faculty work year, in accordance with the district/faculty agreement, beginning January 2026 (spring semester). Appointments are contingent upon Board approval. Initial salary placement is $65,071 – $84,644 annually, with future steps to $119,657. Placement on the salary range is commensurate with education and experience. The college offers a fringe benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, employee assistance program, and CalSTRS membership.
