BART’s CBTC Engineering Division of the Communications & Control Engineering (C&CE) group is looking for a Principal Computer Systems Engineer to join our team!
CBTC Engineering is a new and exciting next generation discipline formed within the Communication and Control Engineering group of OID. It is a revolutionary new Train Control system based on Communications between train and track equipment for a more efficient traffic and infrastructure management system. The main objective with CBTC is to increase track capacity by reducing he headway between trains. CBTC combines two critical disciplines (communications and TC) in to one operation.
